I have only seen him a couple of times at the beach. Does anyone know of any other places he's been to? It looks like the Hollywood area in that newscast video.

I think they are just sharing that he's out there. People aren't complaining, so I think they're just pointing out that he's a local celebrity--like the naked cowboy.

There's a music cable channel that I have called swrv. I don't think that guy is promoting for them, but that's the closet thing I can think of.
