New Lincoln MKZ Commercial

So there was a new commercial for the MKZ that aired tonight while I was watching House M.D. It's for the 2009/2010 MKZ and features a song that has not been mentioned before. I cannot find a reference anywhere on the web (Nor the Lincoln website since it's probably so new) was just wondering if anyone else saw it and knows what song it is? I am guessing it's from the mid-80's.

ME TOO! I'm looking for THE SAME exact song! I heard it tonight during ABC's Castle! It's got to be a cover of some 80's song and it's not mentioned anywhere on the web! PLEASE HELP!

i think i have found a lead to that new MKZ add,
Peter Schillin does a remix of the song that sounds allmost the same as the add, but the add is done by a female singer

Peter Schilling sang the original 'Major Tom' in the very early 80's. it is easily confused with David Bowie's 'Space Oddity' from the early 70's. I sincerely hope the name of the artist who performs this Fantastic cover is revealed soon. I have to buy it.

David Bowie's 'Space Oddity' as performed by CAT POWER. I thought it sounded like Cat Power, but it is not up to purchase on some music sights yet.

I'd like to know the name of that song too. I saw the latest MKZ commercial after House tonight as well and can't find a reference for it anywhere. It def sounds like it's from the 80's. Does anyone know who sings it or what the name of the song is?

I must also add that Lincoln commercials including this one are simply stunning. I hope that one day I will be as impressed with their build and reliability as I am with their commercials. I am keeping an opened mind but for now, I am sticking with Acura!
